IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & RULES REGARDING PAYMENT OF FEE

School fee is to be paid in advance as per due date. If fee is not paid before due date, fine will be imposed on the student.
The prescribed dates for payment of fee will be as follows-

Fee-Month (i) April	Payment Deadline Till 15^th April
(ii) May & June	Till 15^th May
(iii) July & August	Till 15^th July
(iv) September & October	Till 15^th September
(v) November & December	Till 15^th November
(vi) January, Feb & March	Till 15^th January

Fee will be payable at United Mercantile Co-Operative Bank Ltd. (A/C No. 091700000401) IFS Code- YESB0UMCBBB during bank timings.
Fee not paid before due date of month, will attract fine. The defaulters will have to pay a fine @ Rs. 50/- within interval of 15 days.
If fee is not deposited till the last date of the month, the students name will be struck off from the Class Register and Re-Admission Fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged with school fee.
It is mandatory to fill the details of cash /cheque in the fee slip book. If the fee cheque is dishonoured, the fee will be deposited by cash with fine of Rs. 300/-.
No reduction or remission of fee may be claimed on account of holidays or absence cause of illness or any other reason.
No students will be permitted to appear in the Final Examination unless his/her bills are cleared up- to -date. No transfer certificate shall be given to defaulters.
If the fee booklet is lost, new booklet will be issued with a charge of Rs.100/-.
Parents making online payment must send the Transaction Number or the hard copy of deposit slip to school office through their ward.
Parents must retain the fee slips till the end of Academic-Session.
